- BOTTLE SHAPES: Bottle shapes vary slightly depending on wine selection. Most photos show either Cabernet/Merlot or Champagne.
- SPECIAL NOTE: We etch EXACTLY what you order, allowing you full creative control. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for misspellings, incorrect dates, or the like. So again, please PROOF READ everything carefully. :)
Shipping & Returns
- DELIVERY: Etched wine orders takes 3-5 business days to produce. Standard delivery is 4-10 business days from order date. Rush delivery is 4-6 business days from order date.
- NONSHIP STATES: We cannot ship wines to AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, KY, ND, NH, MS, OK, SD, UT, VT (Canada and Puerto Rico) We ship non-alcoholic beverages everywhere.
- LEGAL AGE: Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. Under no circumstances can wine shipments be left on porches, at your door, etc.

EXTREME WEATHER ALERT: During periods of Extreme Weather, if you are shipping anywhere but the West Coast, we STRONGLY suggest selecting UPS 3-Day. Wine is sensitive to extreme heat and cold. In the peak Summer/Winter months, expedited shipping is always the safest way to ship your order. Additionally, in the winter, we sometimes hold East Coast bound Ground shipments until Fridays to ensure your order is always moving, never stuck in a freezing warehouse over the weekend, and will be received the following Friday. Please plan accordingly. Or do like we do, simply select UPS 3-Day.
