SHIPPING FAQS

DELIVERY TIMES
- Most personalized wine orders take 3-5 business days to produce, plus shipping time.
- Most personal mini-bottle orders take 5-7 business days to produce, plus shipping time.
- Most corporate logo wines take 10-14 days to produce, plus shipping time.

If you've ordered expedited shipping, please note the Fedex delivery timeline starts after we've actually made your order.  


If your order is date sensitive, please note the timelines above. We don't want you to miss a critical date!  We ship from Southern California, and most personal orders are received 2-3 weeks after the actual order date, depending on the final destination. (West Coast is about 1-2 weeks, East Coast is 2-3 Weeks, typically.  Corporate Order are typically another week or two, depending on size and complexity.) 

3 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Fedex will attempt delivery 3x before returning any orders to us. 

AVOID EXTRA FEES
If a package is returned to us, you may incur extra charges. Fedex also charges you to change an address for a package already in transit.

PROOF OF AGE 
Wine recipients must be 21 or over, and must show proof of age to the delivery driver. 

NO PATIOS 
Fedex will not leave wine on a patio, porch or doorstep, no matter the circumstances. 


THINGS WE RECOMMEND:

  • Ship to a business whenever possible.  Just to be safe. 
  • Sign up for a Fedex account. If you order online often, this may change your life. :) 
  • Track your package with the tracking number we email you. 
  • Share the tracking if it is a gift being sent directly to the recipient.


We ship all orders in protective packaging designed to ensure safe delivery. For the vast majority of shipments, these shippers perfectly protect all our products from shipping damage, and/or temperature swings. However, very extreme weather is still an occasional risk to some wine shipments. 

We reserve the right to make discretionary shipping decisions for you for Extreme Weather Warning areas. However, we ALWAYS try to get your shipments there on time and in perfect condition.
