How’s the quality of the oils and vinegars themselves? In a word, fantastic. They're all handcrafted, small-batch and artisan. The oils are made almost exclusively in California -- working with select growers in California’s Central Coast and Central Valley, respectively. The balsamic vinegars are made by age-old family producers in Italy. In both cases, they’re all-natural, gourmet, full-flavored and delicious.
